Referal Policy

This policy governs participation in eSIMno's referral programs (the 'Programs') and rewards program (the 'Rewards Program'), outlining the terms and conditions for earning commissions and cashback.

• PARTNER PROGRAM (REFERRAL PROGRAM)
  • Eligibility: Every registered eSIMno user can participate in the Partner Program.
  • Referral Process:
    • Participants receive a unique referral code from their eSIMno profile page: (https://www.esimno.com/en/profile/refer-earn).
    • This code can be shared on social media, websites, or other communication channels.
    • New users who register through a referral code and make their first purchase within 20 days are considered “referred customers.”
  • Commission and Level System:
    • The commission rate is determined based on the total referral sales amount within the last 12 months:
      • Starter: Up to $750 in referred customer sales: 5% commission
      • Bronze: Over $750 in referred customer sales: 7.5% commission
      • Silver: Over $5,000 in referred customer sales: 10% commission
      • Gold: Over $20,000 in referred customer sales: 12.5% commission
      • Platinum: Over $50,000 in referred customer sales: 15% commission
    • Referred customers receive a $2 discount on their first purchase.
  • Level Update and Activity Requirement:
    • Levels are automatically recalculated daily based on the total cumulative sales volume of the last 12 months.
    • If a user has not generated at least $200 in total sales within the last 6 months, their level is automatically downgraded to the Starter level.
    • Whenever a new sale occurs, the system recalculates the current level based on the 12-month total.
  • Earnings Calculation:
    • Commissions are calculated using the current level rate at the time the sale transaction occurs.
    • Even if the level is later downgraded, commissions earned from past sales remain unchanged.
    • Referred customers receive a $2 discount on their first purchase.
  • Earnings Tracking and Payment:
    • Partners can track their earnings in their eSIMno account under “My Account → Refer & Earn” or “SimMoney” sections.
    • Earnings are reflected in the “SimMoney” balance.
    • When the SimMoney balance reaches $100, a payout request can be made.
    • Payments are subject to the transfer fee covered by the user.
• AFFILIATE PROGRAM
  • Eligibility: Participation in the Affiliate Program requires prior approval from eSIMno.
  • Tasks and Referral Process:
    • Affiliates invite new Partners (referral users) to join the program.
    • Affiliates can also refer customers using their own referral codes.
  • Commission Structure:
    • Affiliates earn 20% commission on the earnings of the Partners they directly invite.
    • Commissions are calculated only on first-level (directly invited) partners.
    • No commissions are paid on indirect (second or lower level) earnings.
  • Activity and Level Maintenance:
    • Affiliates must generate at least $200 in sales within the last 6 months, either by themselves or through their invited partners.
    • If this condition is not met, the Affiliate status may be temporarily suspended or the commission rate may be reduced.
  • Earnings Calculation:
    • Commissions are calculated based on the level and rate applicable on the date the Partner’s earnings occur.
    • Subsequent level changes do not affect past earnings.
• ESIMNO REWARDS (SIMMONEY PROGRAM)
  • Tiered Rewards: This program reflects the commission structure of the Partner Program, which provides cashback rewards for purchases based on total spending over the last 12 months:
    • Beginner: Users at this level earn a 5% commission on purchases made by their referred customers until their referred customer sales reach a cumulative total of $750. Once this threshold is reached, they advance to the Bronze level
    • Bronze: Users at this level earn a 7.5% commission on the total sales generated by their referred customers when the total sales amount is between $750 and $5,000. For amounts below $750, the calculations from the lower tier apply.
    • Silver: Users at this level earn a 10% commission on the total sales generated by their referred customers when the total sales amount is between $5,000 and $20,000. For amounts below $5,000, the calculations from the lower tier apply.
    • Gold: Users at this level earn a 12.5% commission on the total sales generated by their referred customers when the total sales amount is between $20,000 and $50,000. For amounts below $20,000, the calculations from the lower tier apply.
    • Platinum: Users at this level earn a 12.5% commission on the total sales generated by their referred customers when the total sales amount exceeds $50,000. For amounts below $50,000, the calculations from the lower tier apply.
  • Reward Calculation: Rewards are calculated on the net purchase amount (excluding discounts/promotions) and credited to the Customer's eSIMno account as SimMoney.
  • Payouts: Customers can request a payout of their SimMoney balance once it reaches $100. Payouts are subject to a transfer fee, which the Customer will bear.
  • Program Changes: eSIMno reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program, including tiers, percentages, and payout thresholds, at any time without notice. eSIMno may also withhold or revoke rewards for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
  • Reward Restrictions: SimMoney is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except as expressly provided. SimMoney has no monetary value until a payout is requested and processed.
  • Taxes: Customers are responsible for applicable taxes on SimMoney earnings.
  • Promotional Rewards: eSIMno may offer additional promotional rewards or bonuses with specific terms.
  • Balance and Tier Status: Current SimMoney balance and tier status are visible in the Customer's account.
• GENERAL TERMS (For Both Programs)
  • Minimum Payout: Applies to both referral commissions and SimMoney payments.
  • Payout Process:
    • Earnings accumulate in the SimMoney balance of the eSIMno account.
    • The minimum payout threshold is 100 USD.
    • SimMoney has cash value only after a payout request is made.
  • Passive Accounts:
    • Accounts with no sales for 12 months are considered “passive”.
    • Levels are reset in passive accounts, and commissions cannot be earned until new sales occur.
  • Taxes and Fees: Participants are responsible for all earnings according to applicable tax laws.
  • Abuse and Fraud: eSIMno reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold payments in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  • One Discount Code Per Transaction: Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
  • Team Changes (Affiliate Program): After joining a team in the Affiliate Program, individuals cannot switch to another team for three (3) months.
  • Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
  • Modification: eSIMno reserves the right to change or terminate the Programs or this policy at any time, with or without notice.
